Tyler Snyder | Co-Founder
Tyler Snyder has a diverse finance and operational background in both public and private equity sectors. Positions including Audit, Finance Integration M&A and various supervisory roles. Tyler oversees investor relations, investor procurement, and government relations for Kingsman Capital and works closely with Matthew on investment and market analysis. He has his Bachelor’s in Finance from the University of Louisville. Tyler is a part of numerous community and real estate organizations, including YPAL and ULI (Urban Land Institute). Tyler also holds a position as the Head of Delegation for a Special Olympics Sports Organization through the Special Olympics of KY.
Matthew Baker | Co-Founder
Matthew Baker has vast experience dealing with investor's financials and managing tenant's ledgers in the Kentuckiana area. He also has previous experience in corporate financial analysis that was not directly related to real estate but gave him a lot of good experience that has helped him in real estate investments. He has his Bachelor's in Finance & Marketing from the University of Louisville. Matthew oversees the investment and market analysis for Kingsman Capital and works closely with Tyler on investor relations and investor procurement.
